Using the results from our 2016 Mental Health Awareness Survey and data from the Central Statistics Office we have identified a number of areas around the country that appear to have a higher risk of youth mental health issues, including suicide and self-harm, than other areas of the country.

 

We are looking for volunteers from each town to work with YSPI in delivering mental health information to residents and businesses.  If you can spare a couple of hours on a Saturday or Sunday to distribute booklets that would be fantastic.  We will be mostly distributing booklets to houses and businesses in the town centres but if you have a car and can assist with distribution in surrounding areas we will be able to cover the costs of fuel up to €30.
